    g
    prunes
  • 300
    ml
    strong tea
  • 250
    g
    smooth cottage cheese
  • 50
    ml
    pecan nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 50
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 125
    ml
    fruit chutney
 

Method

 
Soak the prunes in the tea until they swell. Drain and gently press out the pips. Fill the cavity in each prune with a little cottage cheese. Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon on top of the cottage cheese. Chill before serving. Makes approximately 25 bites.
