Preserved figs with mascarpone and biscotti

Ingredients

  • 6
    whole preserved green figs
  • 250
    ml
    mascarpone or ricotta cheese
  • almond biscotti, to serve (see method if you want to make your own)
 

Method

 
Cover each fig with a thick coating of mascarpone or ricotta cheese.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cut each fig in half and serve wtih almond biscotti on the side.
