  • 200
    g
    ready made frozen puff pastry, defrosted
  • 125
    ml
    ready made tomato sauce, warmed
  • 24
    small prawns, cooked
  • basil leaves to serve
  • freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 200 ºC. Cut pastry into 12 cm rounds and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until puffed up and golden. Spoon tomato sauce and prawns on top. Garnish with basil leaves and season with black pepper. Serves 4.
