Prawn pilipili

    ml
    lemon juice
  • 160
    ml
    peanut oil
  • 2
    fresh chillies finely chopped
  • 4
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1
    kg
    prawns, shelled and cleaned
 

Method

5 minutes
 
1. Whisk the lemon juice, oil, chillies and garlic together. Pour over prawns and stir to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours to marinate, stirring occasionally. 2. Heat the grill and place the prawns onto a greased baking tray. Grill for about two minutes on each side, then serve with cooked rice and lemon wedges.
