3.00 phyllo pastry — sheets
0.00 butter
250.00 g prawns — shelled and steamed
1.00 fresh chillies — chopped
1.00 garlic — cloves, chopped
125.00 ml crème fraîche
1.00 fresh Italian parsley — handful, chopped
0.00 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

These elegant nibbles will keep hunger pangs at bay.
Preheat the oven to 180 &degC.
Brush each sheet of pastry with butter and place on top of one another.
Cut into 12 small squares and place on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven until golden. Remove and set aside.
Slice the prawns and mix in the chilli, garlic and cr&egraveme fra&icircche. Add chopped parsley and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place a spoonful of prawn mixture on each square of pastry and serve.
