    Cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 30
    ml
    spring onions, chopped
  • 30
    ml
    chopped parsley
  • 10
    ml
    seed mustard
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 100
    g
    soft butter
  • 45
    ml
    port
  • poppy seeds
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients together. Press into a mould or small dish and decorate with poppy seeds. Refrigerate until needed.
