600.00 g flour — cake
10.00 g Superbake Instant Yeast
5.00 ml salt
60.00 ml oil
500.00 ml water — lukewarm

Method:

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC (375 ºF). Use margarine to grease the inside and outside of a cast-iron pot, 25 cm in diameter, and to grease the lid.
Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the oil and just enough of the lukewarm water to form a stiff dough. Knead until smooth and elastic. Lightly grease the surface of the dough with a little oil and cover with cling film. Leave in a warm place to rise until double in bulk.
Punch the dough down. Pinch off small pieces of dough, roll into balls and arrange in the prepared pot. Cover with the lid and leave to rise until the dough fills the pot. Bake for about 1 hour or until pale brown on top and baked through. Makes 1 large loaf.
