90.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
5.00 ml wholegrain mustard
5.00 ml dried rosemary
2.00 fresh chives — finely chopped
garlic — cloves, crushed
black pepper — freshly ground
18.00 baby potatoes — boiled
250.00 g bacon — streaky

Method:

Blend the olive oil, mustard, rosemary, chives and garlic in a mixing bowl.
Season with black pepper to taste.
Add the cooked potatoes and stir until well covered with the oil mixture.
Wrap each potato in a rasher of streaky bacon and thread three potatoes onto each wooden skewer.
Grill over medium-hot coals until the bacon is done. Serve hot.
