Potatoes: Place the potatoes in cold salted water, bring to the boil and cook until done. Cool slightly and cut a deep cross into each one. Press the underside to open up the potato.
Filling: Mix the filling ingredients and spoon into the opened potato.
Topping: Place the potatoes on the baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese and bake until
the cheese has melted and the potato is heated through. Serve with braai meat.
