Potatoes with pork sausage

    onion, sliced into rings
  • oil
  • 500

    pork sausages
  • 5
    potatoes, skinned and sliced
  • 200
    ml
    chicken stock
  • 125
    ml
    tomato sauce
  • 45
    ml
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 45
    ml
    chutney
  • salt and pepper to taste
 

Method

30 min
 
Sauté the onion in a little oil until soft. Add the pork sausages and brown all over. Add the potatoes, blend the chicken stock with the sauces and add. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are cooked through. Add more stock or water if necessary. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with rice or bread. Serves 6.
