Potatoes with pork sausage

Ingredients (9)

1.00 onion — sliced into rings
oil
500.00 g sausages — pork
5.00 potatoes — peeled and sliced
200.00 ml stock — chicken
125.00 ml tomato sauce
45.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
45.00 ml chutney
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Sauté the onion in a little oil until soft. Add the pork sausages and brown all over. Add the potatoes, blend the chicken stock with the sauces and add. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are cooked through. Add more stock or water if necessary. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice or bread.
Serves 6.
