potato tuile

  • 300
    g
    peeled potato
  • 100
    g
    butter- melted (beurre noisette)
  • 1/2
    tsp
    salt
 

Method

Preheat oven to 170°C.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend smooth.

Pour onto a silicone sheet or non-stick tray and bake until golden brown.
