    bread rolls
  • 3
    salad leaves
  • 3
    slices ham
  • 3
    slices salami
  • 200
    g
    leftover potato salad
  • 2
    chives, chopped
  • salt and cayenne pepper
 

Method

 
Cut open the bread rolls and butter lightly. Place the lettuce leaves, ham and salami slices inside the rolls. Top with potato salad and sprinkle with chives. Season with salt and cayenne pepper if preferred and wrap in wax paper. Serves 2-3.
