Ingredients (10)

500.00 g meat — cooked, diced
1.00 onion — chopped and sautèed in oil
1.00 tomatoes — peeled and finely chopped
15.00 ml fresh parsley — finely chopped
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
4.00 potatoes — boiled, mashed
25.00 ml flour — cake
2.00 eggs — extra large, whisked
3.00 ml mustard — prepared
grated cheddar cheese — little

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Spray a small ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Combine the meat, onion and tomato. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the mashed potato with the cake flour, eggs and mustard and add to the meat mixture. Mix well and turn into the prepared oven dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the dish is warmed through.
Serves 3 – 4 with a salad.
