30.00 ml fresh rosemary
3.00 eggs — extra-large
250.00 ml cream
50.00 ml milk
salt and freshly ground black pepper
150.00 g feta cheese — crumbled

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a pie dish with non-stick spray. Slice the potatoes thinly and arrange a quarter of them in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with a little rosemary. Whisk the eggs, cream and milk together and season with salt an
