    skinless, filleted chicken breasts
  • 2
    onions, chopped
  • 2
    sweet red peppers, diced
  • 30
    ml
    olive oil
  • 300
    g
    breadcrumbs
  • 20
    calamata olives, pitted
  • 125
    ml
    chicken stock
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 5
    ml
    dried crushed chilli
 

Method

 
1. Mince the chicken.
2. Sauté the onion and pepper in oil and stir into the chicken with the breadcrumbs, olives and chicken stock.
Season and add dried chilli.
