Ingredients (9)

500.00 g chicken breast fillets — skinned
2.00 onion — chopped
2.00 red pepper — diced
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
300.00 g breadcrumbs
20.00 calamata olives — pitted
125.00 ml stock — chicken
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
5.00 ml dried chilli — crushed

Method:

1. Mince the chicken.
2. Sauté the onion and pepper in oil and stir into the chicken with the breadcrumbs, olives and chicken stock.
Season and add dried chilli.
