Porterhouse steaks in red wine and herb marinade

    porterhouse steaks
 

Method

 
Mix together all marinade ingredients. Add meat to marinade and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Braai over medium to hot coals for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, until cooked to your liking.
