Pork stroganoff

    pork

    lemon juice
  • 60

    cake flour
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

    ginger
  • oil

    large onion, sliced into rings
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 425
    g
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 65
    g
    tomato paste
  • 125
    ml
    milk
  • 60
    ml
    wine
 

Method

 
Cut the pork into strips and season with lemon juice. Season the cake flour with salt and pepper and add the ginger. Roll the pork strips in the seasoned flour and fry in heated oil in a large pan until brown. Remove from the pan, sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil until tender, reduce heat and return the meat to the pan. Mix the remaining ingredients and add to the meat mixture. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce is thick and creamy. Serve with ribbon noodles. Serves 4-6.
