Ingredients (12)

700.00 g pork
60.00 ml lemon juice
60.00 ml flour — cake
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
5.00 ml fresh ginger
oil
1.00 onion — large, sliced into rings
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
425.00 g cream of mushroom soup
65.00 g tomato paste
125.00 ml milk
60.00 ml wine

Method:

Cut the pork into strips and season with lemon juice. Season the cake flour with salt and pepper and add the ginger. Roll the pork strips in the seasoned flour and fry in heated oil in a large pan until brown. Remove from the pan, sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil until tender, reduce heat and return the meat to the pan. Mix the remaining ingredients and add to the meat mixture. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce is thick and creamy.
Serve with ribbon noodles.
Serves 4-6.
