Pork steaks with lemon and sage

  • 400
    g
    pork steaks (neck or ribeye)
  • 60
    ml
    cake flour seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 30
    ml
    sunflower oil
  • 50
    ml
    butter
  • 20
    fresh sage leaves
  • 60
    ml
    lemon juice
 

Method

 
Dip pork steaks in seasoned flour to coat both sides. Heat oil, butter and sage leaves in a shallow frying pan. Add pork steaks and brown quickly on either side. Transfer to a dish. Add lemon juice to frying pan and bring to boil. Stir well, then return pork steaks to frying pan for a few minutes to heat through. Serve hot with noodles.
