Pork spare ribs with honey basting sauce

    lemon juice
  • 30
    ml
    cooking oil
  • 5
    ml
    dried rosemary
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 15
    ml
    honey
  • SPARE RIBS
  • 1
    kg
    pork spare ribs, sawed into portions
 

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients for the honey basting sauce and set aside. Prepare the meat. Grill over medium hot coals or under the oven grill for medium: 7-10 minutes in total and for well done: 10-12 minutes in total. Frequently baste the meat with basting sauce. Serves 4.
