Pork skewers

    honey

    ml
    brown vinegar
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 5

    fresh ginger, grated
  • 50
    ml
    braai sauce
  • 1
    ml
    Tabasco sauce
  • 800
    g
    deboned pork, cubed
  • salt
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients, except the salt, and leave for about 1 hour. Thread the meat onto 6 to 8 skewers, season with salt and grill for 15 to 20 minutes about 10 cm above moderate coals.
