500.00 g sausages — pork
oil — for frying
100.00 g fresh button mushrooms
3.00 carrots — peeled, thinly sliced
340.00 ml ginger beer
63.00 g soup powder — thick, vegetable

Method:

Fry the pork sausages in a little oil until browned. Add the mushrooms and fry until lightly browned. Add the carrot strips and stir-fry lightly. Mix the ginger beer with the soup powder and add. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly and the sausages are done.
Serve with mashed potato and peas or a salad.
Serves 4.
