Pork sausages and pasta

  • 500
    pork sausages
  • oil for frying
  • garlic to taste
  • onion
  • courgettes
  • white sauce
  • lemon pepper and salt to taste
  • pasta, cooked
  • strong cheese, grated


Brown pork sausages in oil, remove from the pan and slice. Sauté garlic, chopped onion and sliced courgettes in the pan fat until fragrant, return the pork sausage slices to the pan and stir into a plain white sauce. Season with lemon pepper and salt, mix with cooked pasta and serve with strong grated cheese.
