Pork sausages and cabbage

Ingredients

  • garlic
  • onion
  • cabbage
  • butter
  • 500
    g
    pork sausages
  • leftover mashed potato
  • salt, pepper and mustard to taste
 

Method

 
Sauté garlic, onion and shredded cabbage in butter until flavoursome and the cabbage is just wilted. Grill pork sausages until done, slice and add to the pan. Stir in leftover mashed potatoes, season with salt, pepper and mustard and heat through.
