Pork sausages and beans

    onions, sliced

    pork sausages, boiled in water

    tomato paste
  • 850

    butter beans
  • 2
    ml
    nutmeg
  • 2
    ml
    mixed herbs
  • few drops Tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 25
    ml
    parsley, finely chopped
 

Method

 
Sauté the garlic and onion in oil until soft. Add the pork sausages and fry until browned. Add the remaining ingredients. Reduce the heat and simmer until a thick sauce forms. Serve with rice or noodles. Serves 4-6.
