    cake flour
  • 2
    eggs
  • salt and black pepper
  • 300
    ml
    milk
  • 2
    spring onions
  • 500
    g
    pork sausages
 

Method

30 mins
 
Beat together cake flour, eggs, salt, black pepper, milk and chopped spring onions. Brown pork sausages in a little oil in an ovenproof dish at 200 ºC, pour over the batter and bake for 25-30 minutes until crisp and done. Serve hot with a salad.
