Ingredients (9)

1.00 kg pork ribs
oil
2.00 fresh chillies
340.00 ml beer
100.00 ml honey
5.00 ml lemon juice
2.00 ml mustard — powder
dried sage
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Fry the pork rib (cut into three pieces) in a little heated oil in the pressure cooker until brown on the outside. Pour off the excess oil, blend the remaining ingredients and add to the pressure cooker with the rib.
Cover and pressure cook for 20 minutes.
Serve with rice.
