Pork rib with beer and honey sauce

    pork rib
  • oil
  • 2
    whole fresh chillies
  • 340
    ml
    beer
  • 100
    ml
    honey
  • 5
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 2
    ml
    mustard powder
  • pinch sage
  • salt and pepper
 

Method

 
Fry the pork rib (cut into three pieces) in a little heated oil in the pressure cooker until brown on the outside. Pour off the excess oil, blend the remaining ingredients and add to the pressure cooker with the rib. Cover and pressure cook for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
