Pork kebabs with ginger, carrot juice and verjuice

  • 1
    pork fillet, cut into cubes
  • streaky bacon
  • MARINADE
  • 250
    ml
    fresh carrot juice
  • 250
    ml
    verjuice
  • 45
    ml
    fresh ginger, finely chopped in a blender
  • 45
    ml
    soya sauce
 

Method

 
Mix all marinade ingredients.
Add the cubed pork fillet and marinate overnight.
Wrap fillet cubes in streaky bacon and thread onto kebab sticks.
Grill until cooked through.
Reduce the marinade and use as a dipping sauce, or serve kebabs with a good sweet and sour sauce.
