    kg
    leg of pork
  • 45
    ml
    basil pesto
  • 1
    crushed garlic clove
  • 45
    ml
    olive oil
  • 60
    ml
    red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • onion chunks
  • cherry tomatoes
  • pieces of bacon
 

Method

 

Whisk together pesto, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Cut leg of pork into 2,5 cm cubes and marinate for about 2 hours in the pesto marinade.
Thread onto kebab skewers along with onion chunks, whole cherry tomatoes and bacon.
Grill until done.
