Pork chops with teriyaki marinade

    soy sauce

    teriyaki sauce

    fresh ginger, grated

    brown sugar

    chicken stock
  • 45
    ml
    sherry
 

Method

 
Mix all ingredients together in a screw-top jar, then pour over the chops. Marinate for several hours or overnight. Braai, grill or fry chops until done to your liking.
