Pork in a creamy mustard sauce

    pork stir-fry strips

    whole-grain mustard
  • 10
    hot English mustard
  • 5
    fresh thyme (or 2ml dried)
  • cooked pasta or gnocchi, to serve
  • vegetables, to serve
Servings: Change Serving


Melt the butter and sauté the onion. Add the pork strips and fry until browned.

Mix the cornflour with a little milk to form a paste. Add the mustards, thyme and remaining milk into the saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add the cornflour paste and stir until the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta or gnocchi and stir to coat. Serve with vegetables.
