Polenta with garlic, sage and Parmesan cheese

  • 750 ml prepared polenta
  • 125 ml butter, melted
  • 12 sage leaves
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 500 ml Parmesan cheese, grated
 

Method

 
Spread polenta onto a greased baking tray.
Pour over butter, toss over garlic and Parmesan cheese, scatter the sage leaves over and pop under the grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melting and golden.
Cut into squares and serve with spiced slow-cooked leg of lamb.
