Ingredients (6)

1 pizza base — readymade
30 ml tomato purée
250 g shrimps — frozen
410 g artichokes — tinned and drained
30 ml capers — drained
fresh basil

Method:

Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.

Spread the pizza base with the tomato purée (if using) and arrange the shrimps, artichoke hearts, capers and basil on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the base is crisp and baked through.
