Baked fish with tomato and cheese

Ingredients

  • 4
    medium fish steaks
  • 40
    ml
    tomato paste
  • 5
    ml
    dried origanum
  • 10
    ml
    crushed garlic
  • 100
    g
    mozzarella, grated
  • 3
    tomatoes, sliced
 

Method

20 mins
 
Place the fish steaks on a greased baking sheet and season with salt and black pepper.
Combine the tomato paste, origanum and garlic and spread over each piece of fish.
Sprinkle the fish pieces with the cheese and top with the tomato slices.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Serve immediately with salad and potato wedges.
