Ingredients (5)

6.00 pita breads
70.00 g lettuce — young leaves or spinach
200.00 g pastrami — or beef shavings
250.00 g hummus
0.00 paprika — to garnish

Method:

Halve the pitta breads and cut each half into four triangles.
Toast under a heated oven grill until golden brown on both sides.
Top each triangle with a lettuce leaf, meat shavings and spoonful of hummus.
Finish with a sprinkling of paprika.
