Pita with lamb salad

    pita breads
  • a selection of salad leaves and watercress
  • 400
    g
    sliced cold lamb
  • 40
    ml
    mustard
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 80
    g
    feta cheese, sliced
  • 16
    olives
  • 16
    slices English cucumber
  • 50
    ml
    yoghurt
  • salt and pepper
 

Method

 
1. Line the insides of eight pitas with the lettuce leaves. Spread the lamb with the mustard and arrange it in the pitas. Garnish with tomatoes, cheese, olives and cucumber. 2. Season the yoghurt with salt and pepper. Add a little yoghurt to each pita.
