Pita pizza

    Pita bread, halved
  • Olive oil
  • All Gold tomato sauce
  • mature cheddar cheese
  • Chorizo
  • Baby tomatoes, halved lengthways
  • Garlic goats cheese
  • Salt and black pepper


5 mins
Halve the pitas carefully lengthways.
Brush with a little oil and grill both sides.
Top with tomato sauce, mature cheddar, chorizo, baby tomatoes, goats cheese,lots of black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Grill again until bubbling.
