Pita breads with spicy beef and rosa tomatoes

    oil

    Cajun spice
  • 30
    ml
    flour
  • 400
    g
    steak, sliced
  • 4
    pita breads
  • 250
    g
    mixed lettuce
  • 1
    small punnet rosa tomatoes, halved
 

Method

1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Mix the Cajun spice and the flour, dust the steak with the flour mixture, and fry until just cooked.
2. Heat a griddle pan. Grill the pita breads, one at a time, until they start to puff up. Turn each one over to brown both sides.
3. Stuff each pita with steak, mixed lettuce and rosa tomatoes, and serve immediately.
