Ingredients (12)

DRESSING
150.00 g yoghurt — low-fat, plain
2.00 ml salt
freshly ground black pepper — pinch
2.00 ml curry powder
ginger — ground
SALAD
1.00 green pepper — finely chopped
1.00 onion — small, chopped
2.00 celery stalks — chopped
30.00 g grapes — black, halved
2.00 chicken — cooked, skinned, finely chopped
50.00 g bran — cereal
4.00 lettuce

Method:

Blend the yoghurt, salt, pepper, curry powder and ginger. Combine the remaining salad ingredients, but set aside some of the bran cereal and lettuce leaves. Pour the salad dressing mixture over the salad. Mix well, cover and chill until just before serving. Serve on lettuce leaves with a sprinkling of bran cereal.
