    small onion, finely chopped

    parsley, finely chopped

    naartjie segments

    pinch herbs

    mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Tabasco sauce
 

Method

 
Lightly blend all the ingredients with a fork and season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Serve on toast.
