Piquant chicken wings with blue cheese dip

  • 150
    ml
    sour cream
  • 50
    g
    blue cheese, crumbled
  • 45
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 15
    ml
    fresh lemon juice
  • 15
    ml
    freshly chopped parsley
  • 30
    ml
    butter
  • 15
    ml
    chilli sauce
  • 8
    chicken wings, cleaned and patted dry
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients for the dip and spoon into a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until just before serving. Melt the butter and stir in the chilli sauce. Arrange the chicken wings on the rack of an oven pan and brush with the chilli butter. Grill for abut 5-8 minutes under the heated oven grill, turn and brush with the chilli butter once more. Grill for another 5 minutes or until done. Serve hot or cold with the blue cheese dip. Serves 4-6.
