Pineapple sauce

    green pepper, seeded and sliced into strips

    cooking oil

    pineapple chunks

    soy sauce

    apple or grape vinegar

    cornflour
  • salt and pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Sauté the onion and green pepper in the oil till soft. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes.
