Pineapple and butternut salad

    raw butternut, grated

    pineapple, grated
  • 30
    ml
    orange juice
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 15
    ml
    ginger brandy
  • 15
    ml
    glacé ginger, chopped
  • 15
    ml
    sultanas or raisins
  • a few dashes of Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • toasted almonds and fresh mint, to decorate
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Decorate and serve.
