    pilchards in tomato sauce

    lemon juice

    mayonnaise

    ml
    celery, finely chopped
  • 25
    ml
    finely sliced spring onions
  • 5
    radishes, finely sliced
  • 25
    ml
    slivered almonds (or chopped peanuts), toasted
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 3
    muffins, split and toasted
 

Method

 
Combine all ingredients, season to taste and spread on the muffin halves, or use rolls or 6 slices toast. Serves 3.
