Pickled Fish Cones With Raita

Ingredients

    English cucumber, diced
  • 5
    ml
    chopped garlic
  • 5
    ml
    chopped mint
  • 60
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 1
    packet rotis or flour tortillas
  • 500
    g
    pickled or curried fish
 

Method

 
Raita Mix all the ingredients.

Cones Cut the rotis into rounds using a large biscuit cutter. Fold each roti round into a cone and spoon in a little of the pickled or curried fish. Top with a spoonful of raita.

Serving Hint Insert the cones into a holder that has small holes as pictures below. Have plenty of serviettes available for wiping hands.
