Ingredients (6)

4.00 sheets phyllo pastry
sunflower oil
FILLING
500.00 g butternut — mashed
30.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped
5.00 ml cumin — ground
150.00 g feta cheese — crumbled

Method:

FILLING: Mix all ingredients well.
Cut pastry into 7 cm squares. Place on a flat, dry surface and brush lightly with oil. Top half the squares with a second square of pastry, at a slight angle, place 5 ml (1 tsp) filling in centre of each and pinch sides up to secure.
Deep fry briefly in hot oil, or until golden brown.
