    ml
    dried mopani worms
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 25
    ml
    oil
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
 

Method

 
1. Soak mopani worms in hot salted water until they have swollen out. Drain. Boil them in a small amount of water and drain. 2. Heat oil and fry onion and garlic until transparent. 3. Stir in mopani worms and cook for a further 10 minutes. 4. Serve hot on pap or ting.
