Pesto pasta with baby tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1
    punnet bought pesto
  • 1
    punnet baby Italian tomatoes
  • 1
    roll of goats cheese
  • 1
    packet of spaghetti
 

Method

15 mins
 
Make the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.

Pan-fry the tomatoes in a little vegetable/canola oil for 5 minutes, add the whole punnet of pesto and stir for a minute. 

When the pasta is ready, stir the pesto and tomatoes through and serve with dollops of goats cheese on top.

Tasty options:

1. Serve with warm crusty ciabatta and butter.

2. Add chicken or bacon for a meatier option.
