Ingredients (6)

4.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
100.00 g pine nuts
salt
100.00 g fresh basil — chopped
60.00 g pecorino romano cheese — grated
300.00 ml olive oil — light

Method:

Pound or process the garlic and pinenuts with a little salt.
Add the basil leaves, a few at a time.
Add the cheese and pulse in the food processor once.
Gradually beat in the olive oil.
