Peppermint cream

Ingredients

  • 250
    ml
    cream, chilled
  • 15
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 2
    ml
    vanilla essence
  • 30
    ml
    peppermint chocolate bar, crumbled
 

Method

 
Whip the cream until stiff, add the castor sugar and vanilla essence and stir in the chocolate. Serve with chocolate ice cream and sprinkle with extra peppermint chocolate. Makes 400 ml (1 3/5 c).
