    small onion, chopped
  • 50
    ml
    butter
  • 50
    ml
    green peppercorns, lightly crushed
  • 5
    ml
    prepared mustard
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 30
    ml
    chopped parsley
  • 2
    ml
    salt
 

Method

10-15 min
 
Sauté the onion in the heated butter till soft. Add the pepper corns, mustard and cream and simmer till the sauce thickens. Add the parsley and salt. Serve with the hamburgers.
